Resolved Question: Camping at Point Mugu Malibu, CA?

In August I will be tent camping at Thornhill Broome at Point Mugu. I have never camped at Point Mugu but I have heard it is very popular. I am from Southern California so I know the Malibu area a little bit. What are your recommendations for things to bring and do for the primitive camping at Thornhill?
